Your ShopeePay account may be disabled for these reasons:
- Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN and Shopee account password 5 times within half an hour will disable your account temporarily for 30 minutes.
- Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN and Shopee account password up to 8 times within 24 hours will cause your account to be permanently disabled.
- We received a request to disable your ShopeePay account because of a lost or stolen mobile phone.
- Your account has been flagged for suspicious activities.
⚠️Note:
- If you don't remember your ShopeePay PIN and your ShopeePay account is only temporarily disabled, reset your PIN instead. This will prevent your ShopeePay account from being permanently disabled.
- To reactivate your ShopeePay account later, contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page. Your account will be reactivated in 3 working days if your request is valid.
